Curated client education

A useful library is a selection system, not a warehouse of links

The current catalogue is a fixed list of AskSheldon pages and external resources, tagged by condition, assessment stage and adult or parent audience. Some entries carry an emerging or exploratory label; these labels do not rate clinical effectiveness.

A question for your current workflow

Can a clinician find the right resource during a real appointment without searching the open web?

Organise around the client’s next question

Resources can support understanding the diagnosis, preparing family conversations, navigating work or school, finding care and managing immediate daily barriers.

Know what the catalogue contains

The catalogue combines AskSheldon pages with links to external resources. Items can be filtered by condition and stage, with audience and locale tags available in the resource data. Entries marked emerging or exploratory are identified as such; the catalogue does not display a clinic-specific evidence review for every item.

Prefer a small pack over indiscriminate volume

Resource overload can turn support into homework. The clinician can select individual items or a bounded bundle appropriate to the feedback stage.

Questions worth answering before a demo

Can clinics add their own resources?

The current catalogue is maintained as a fixed list in SheldonDx. The clinician resource page does not currently offer a control for clinics to add their own links.

Are resources medical advice?

No. These links and educational pages do not replace an individual assessment, clinical advice or follow-up from the responsible professional.
